Ingredients:
Pubescent angelica (root)
Jujube (fruit)
Poria (sclerotium)
Ligusticum wallichii (rhizome)
Dong quai (root)

Actions: Invigorates qi and activates blood circulation, dispels wind and eliminates dampness.

Main indications: Use for Liver and Kidney deficiency with qi and blood stagnation; Tremors of the hands and feet; Pain due to wind-damp painful obstruction. In modern clinic, it is applicable to arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, scapulohumeral periarthritis, hyperosteogeny.*

Directions: Take 3 pills each time, 2 times a day.
Caution: Do not use during pregnancy.

Notes: Circulate Herbs Decoction is a prepared formula of the ancient formula "San Bi Tang" ("Decoction for Three Painful Obstruction") , a modification of "Du Huo Ji Sheng Tang" (Angelica Pubescens and Sangjisheng Decoction) originally appeared in Thousand Ducat Formulas (Qian Jin Yao Fang).

主要成分：黄耆、续断、人参、茯苓、甘草、当归、川芎、白芍、生地、杜仲、川牛膝、桂心、细辛、秦艽、川独活、防风、生姜、大枣。

功能与主治：袪风除湿、散寒止痛、补气和血、益肾滋阴。治气血凝滞，手足拘挛，风寒湿三痹。用于治疗肝肾气血不足、风寒湿痹，手脚拘挛之症。有益肝肾、补气写、袪风湿、止痛之功。

服法与用量：口服，一次3粒，一日2次。

三痹汤处方源于《校注妇人良方》。本方为《备急千金要方》独活寄生汤化裁而来，集袪风除湿、散寒止痛、补气和血、益肾滋阴诸药于一剂，专治风、寒、湿三气袭虚所致之行、痛、着痹，故称“三痹汤”。临床应用治疗类风湿性关节炎、膝骨性关节炎、肩周炎、髌骨软骨软化症、 痛风性关节炎、神经根型颈椎病、中风病及中风病后遗症。
