Actions: To invigorate spleen, sooth liver, resolve dampness, and stop leukorrhagia.

Main indications: Use for deficiency of the spleen qi and stagnation of the liver qi, manifesting turbid white diluted leukorrhea, fatigue, a pale tongue with white coating, and a slow or soft pulse.*

Directions: Take 8 pills each time, 3 times a day.

Note: End Discharge Extract is a modern preparation according to the ancient prescription "Wan Dai Tang" (End Discharge Decoction) in TCM originally appeared in Women's Diseases According to Fu Qing Zhu (Fu Qing Zhu Nu Ke), that disperses the Liver Qi stagnation to strengthen the spleen, transform dampness and stop vaginal discharge, according to TCM the Liver Qi stagnation causes the Spleen deficiency, excessive damp sink. This herbal formula is best suited for conditions of vaginal discharge (Bai Dai) associated with disorders of the Dai Mai (girdle or belt vessel). This Chinese herbal formula has been also used to treat such disorders as diarrhea, edema during pregnancy, edema during menstruation and headaches due to dampness.

功能与主治：补脾疏肝，化湿止带。用于脾虚肝郁，湿浊带下。带下色白，清稀如涕，面色恍白，倦怠便溏，舌淡苔白，脉缓或濡弱。（本方常用于阴道炎、宫颈糜烂、盆腔炎而属脾虚肝郁，湿浊下注者。）

服法与用量：口服，一次8粒，一日3次。

完带湯丸是根据传统名方“完带湯”制造的现代中药浓缩丸。“完带汤”是一张治疗白带增多的著名方剂，由清代医家傅山（字青主）所创制，载于其所著《傅青主女科》一书。傅青主的完带汤是针对白带而设，临床表现为白带量多，清稀如涕，身体倦怠，或便溏、肢肿、舌淡苔白腻等症状。白带多因脾虚肝郁，湿盛下陷所致，治疗宜大补脾胃之气，稍佐疏肝之品，使“脾气健而湿气消，自无白带之患矣”。

本方可用于女子生殖系统慢性炎症所引起的白带增多症，若带黄赤或赤白，粘稠臭秽者，为肝郁化热，湿热下注，非本方所宜。
