Ingredients:
Poria (root)
Chinese peony (root)
Bai-zhu atractylodes (rhizome)
Ginger (fresh rhizome)

Actions: Warms Spleen and Kidney Yang, promotes urination, and drains Water-Damp.

Main indications: 1. Spleen and Kidney Yang deficiency with water accumulation: Difficult urination, abdominal pain, aversion to cold, heavy and aching extremities, generalized body edema, loose stools or diarrhea, dizziness, palpitations, absence of thirst, heavy sensation in the head, coughing, and vomiting; 2. External disorder with overuse of diaphoretics: Fever that is not reduced by sweating, trembling, shivering, dizziness, and palpitations in the epigastria.

Directions: Take 3 pills each time, 2 times a day.

Notes: Inner Circula Decoction is a prepared herbal formula of the ancient prescription, "Zhen Wu Tang" (True Warrior Decoction), from On Cold Disease Damage by Zhang Zhongjing. In modern clinic, it is commonly used for Chronic Nephritis; Rheumatic Valvular Heart Disease; Congestive Heart Failure; Liver Cirrhosis; Chronic Enteritis; Intestinal Tuberculosis; Meniere's Disease; Primary Hypertension; Primary Hyperaldosteronism; Hypothyroidism; Rheumatoid Arthritis; Edema.

主要成分：附子、茯苓、白术、白芍、生姜。

功能与主治：温阳利水。主治脾肾阳虚，水气内停所致的水肿，症见小便不利、肢体浮肿、四肢沉重、疼痛、恶寒、舌淡而润、苔白、脉沉细者。发汗过多，阳气太虚，寒水内动，水气凌心，而见心悸、头晕，身体振动而欲地，舌淡润，脉沉细者。

服法与用量：口服，一次3粒，一日2次。

真武汤处方源于《伤寒论》。本方温补脾肾，故能利水消肿，为温阳利水的主方。

临床应用：1．急性肾炎水肿，心脏水肿而因脾肾阳虚者，可以本方为主，加减治疗。2．如脾肾阳虚、痰饮上泛，咳嗽者，加五味子、细辛、 干姜；若小便自利应去茯苓；如见泄泻者应去白芍，加干姜。3．凡心力衰竭引起的眩晕、心悸、下肢乏困无力、面部浮肿、舌淡、脉沉细；或虚损病出现形寒怕寒、四肢不温、腰酸腿软、动则气喘、脉细迟弱者，均可酌情使用。
