Shaolin Jin Gang Quan is one of the oldest martial arts forms taught at the Songshan Shaolin Monastery. Originally created to aid elderly monks continue to practice Chan meditation through martial practice, Jin Gan Quan employs slow movements in unison with breathing and stretching to circulate internal energy (Qi) through the body, improving the practitioner’s overall health. In this video program Shaolin Buddha's Warrior Attendant Boxing was presented by by the 33rd generation of fighting monk of Shaolin monastery. Contents are basic steps, basic hand and leg techniques; detailed step-by-step instruction of Jingang Quan routine and demos of the complete routine.
