Province magistrate Bian Yixiao is a justice and incorruptible officer. However, he is demoted by the Three-Province-Inspector Cui Yunlong, because marrying a prostitute Zhang Xiuyu. On his new on-boarding days, Bian Yixiao faces a murder case immediately. This extramarital relations murder case and his disgrace marriage cause him trouble. But he endures all disgrace and insults in order to accomplish his job well. Cui Yunlong dresses as a civilian when he is inspecting, and is admitted by accident to become Bian Yixiao's potential student. He finally realizes Bian Yixiao and Zhang Xiuyu are very nice persons after a further understanding of both them. Therefore, the two justifiable and
incorruptible officers work together after knowing each other. Both they lead a positive influence at that time.
