Ingredients:
Notopterygium (root & rhizome)
Bupleurum (root)
Peucedanum (root)
Pubescent angelica (root)

Actions: To dispel wind and eliminate dampness.

Main indications: For a person with wind and dampness in the superficial; manifestations are headache, muscle-ache all over the body with difficulty of motion, difficulty in rotating or bending the trunk, aversion to cold, slight increase of body temperature, no perspiration.

Directions: Take 3 pills each time, 2 times a day.

主要成分：羌活、独活、藁本、防风、甘草、川芎、蔓荆子、生姜。

功能与主治：升阳发汗，祛风胜湿。主治湿气在表，头痛头重，腰背重痛，或一身尽痛，难以转侧，恶寒微热，苔白脉浮者。

服法与用量：口服，一次3粒，一日2次。

羌活胜湿汤处方源于元代李东垣《内外伤辨惑论》。湿气在表之证，多由汗出当风，或久处湿地，风湿杂至，外袭肌表，郁于腠理，阻遏营卫所致。治宜发汗解表，祛风胜湿。本方不仅适用于湿气在表，对伤风头痛亦有较好疗效，故汪昂称其“实为伤风头痛通用之方”。现代临床常用于感冒，偏头痛，风湿性关节炎等。若用治风寒感冒，可加荆芥、白芷、生姜等；用治偏头痛，可加柴胡、黄芩；用治风湿痹痛，可加秦艽、防己等。
