Ingredients:
Chinese peony {Shao Yao} (root)
Chinese licorice {Gan Cao} (root)

Actions: To replenish yin and stop pain.

Main indications: Use for deficiency of yin and the blood. Helps alleviate pain caused by different conditions effectively, such as gastralgia, abdominal pain, and painful menstruation.*

Directions: Take 8 pills each time, 3 times a day.
Caution: Do not use during pregnancy.

功能与主治：益阴荣筋，调和肝脾，缓急止痛。 伤寒伤阴，筋脉失濡，腿脚挛急，心烦，微恶寒；肝脾不和，脘腹疼痛。现用于血虚津伤所致的腓肠肌痉挛、肋间神经痛、胃痉挛、胃痛、腹痛、坐骨神经痛、妇科炎性腹痛、痛经；以及十二指肠溃疡、萎缩性胃炎、胃肠神经官能症、急性乳腺炎、颈椎综合征等属阴血亏虚，肝脾失调者。

服法与用量：口服，一次8粒，一日3次。
孕妇忌服。

芍藥甘草丸是根据传统名方“芍藥甘草汤”制造的现代中药浓缩丸。“芍藥甘草汤”处方来源于张仲景《伤寒论》，主治阴血不足筋急症。症见咽中干，心烦，脚挛急，舌红少津，脉细略数。

现代临床常用于治疗神经系统疾病，如三叉神经痛、坐骨神经痛、带状疱疹后遗神经痛、拘挛急迫诸症，亦用于治疗以股骨头缺血性坏死和化脓性关节炎，以及肩胛肋骨综合征；消化系统疾病，如胃及十二指肠溃疡、胃扭转胃痉挛、胆石症、胆道蛔虫症、慢性胃炎、胆汁返流性胃炎、急性水肿型胰腺炎等；呼吸系统疾病，如百日咳、哮喘；泌尿生殖系统疾病，如泌尿系结石、原发性痛经等；其他用于治疗部分外科疾病、糖尿病、出血性疾病及农药中毒等疾病均取得良好效果。
