用法用量：口服。胶囊剂每次2粒，一日3次；也可临睡前或发病时温开水送服。
禁忌：冠心苏合丸忌长期服用。阴虚火旺的患者应忌服。
胃痛病人不宜服用。
孕妇禁用。

备注：本品是温通开窍、解郁化痰，用于“阴闭”之中风、惊痫、痰厥，或感受时疫瘴疫之气，昏迷气闭等症。冠心病心绞痛，心肌梗塞若中医辨证属于热郁者，本品绝对禁用；其他适应症，中医辨证属于热郁者也应禁忌。
