Ingredients: Chinese giant hyssop (whole plant); Chinese skullcap (root); Flowering quince (fruit); Chinese hawthorn (fruit); Gardenia (fruit); Japanese honeysuckle (flower); Chinese mint (above ground parts); Tangerine (dried rind); Forsythia (root); Asian water plantain (rhizome); Cang-zhu atractylodes (rhizome); Lophatherum (stem & leaf).

Actions: Dispersing heat and relieving thirst.

Main indications: Used for helping common cold and fever, heat stroke, dry throat in the summer.*

Directions: Pouring 1.5 cups (12 fl. oz) of boiling water over 2 packets of Singlin Kam Wo Herbal Tea, let simmer for 15 minutes, then drink.

注意事项：
　　1、忌烟、酒及辛辣、生冷、油腻食物。
　　2、不宜在服药期间同时服用滋补性中成药。
　　3、本品为风热感冒、中暑类方剂，风寒感冒者不适用，其表现为恶寒重，发热轻，无汗，头痛，鼻塞，流清涕，喉痒咳嗽。
