Psoralea {Bu Gu Zhi} (fruit)
Sichuan leasel {Xu Duan} (root)

Bai-zhu atractylodes {Bai Zhu} (rhizome)
Achyranthes {Niu Qi} (root)

Actions: Tonifies kidney yang and qi, nourishes liver blood, strengthens tendon and bone, circulates qi and blood, alleviates pain.

Main indications: Use for helping lumbago, lower back pain, and sciatica due to weak kidneys or deficient kidney yang.*

Directions: Take 6 tablets each time, 3 times a day.
Caution: Do not use during pregnancy. Contraindicated if effulgent yin vacuity fire with repletion heat.
