Ingredients:
Perilla {Zi Su Zi} (seed)
White mustard {Bai Jie Zi} (seed)
Radish {Lai Fu Zi} (seed)

Actions: Warms the Lung to resolve phlegm.

Main indications: Use for retention of phlegm, stagnation of qi, cough, asthma, dyspnea, expectoration of profuse sputum, full sensation in chest, poor appetite, dyspepsia, manifesting a tongue with white and greasy coating, and slippery pulse.*

Directions: Take 8 pills each time, 3 times a day.

三子养親丸是根据传统名方“三子养親汤”制造的现代中药浓缩丸。三子养亲汤出自明代《韩氏医通》，由白芥子、莱菔子、紫苏子组成，具有降气行痰、止咳平喘、消食导滞之功。

现代研究三子养亲汤具有主要有平喘，镇咳，祛痰，抗炎，抑菌及抑制甲状腺功能等作用。

本方原治老年人中气虚弱，运化不健，水谷精微化为痰，痰壅气逆，肺失肃降，以致食少痰多，咳嗽喘逆等。根据其组方功效，临床上常用于治疗慢性支气管炎、肺气肿、小儿喘息性支气管炎等。
