Tiger Fist is a special bionics fist, imitating the feral tiger's movements, using the ability of tiger's attacking & defending for reference. It is valuable for actual fighting, traditionally called "the king of bionics fist". There are three main characteristics: Paying attention to attack and being powerful; using claws often and being good at grasp; mainly attacking the vital points and overwhelming the enemy with one strike. The technique used mostly is grasping, Using the tiger claws to grasp the enemy first and control the enemy's whole body, makes the enemy passive, making ourselves agile, making the enemy difficult to escape, and can make a combined power which leads to success if the enemy is hit.

Sanshou (Chinese: 散手, lit. free hand) or Sanda (Chinese: 散打, lit. free fighting) is here considered just one of the components of Chinese martial arts. Sanshou is composed of Chinese martial arts applications including most aspects of combat including striking and grappling. One can see Sanshou as a synthesis of traditional Chinese kung fu fighting techniques into a more amorphous system and is commonly taught alongside traditional Chinese styles which Sanshou techniques, theory and training methods are derived from. The emphasis of Sanshou is on realistic fighting ability. As an unarmed self-defense, close combat system, Sanshou includes DA punches, kicks TI and grappling Shuai, Na (throws, locks, chokes).
