Principal ingredients: Ginseng, Poria, Schisandra, Licorice, Eucommla (Eucommia ulmoides) (bark).

Actions: Tonifies blood and qi, warms the uterus, nurtures yin, resolves stagnation of liver qi and blood.

Indications: Use for menstrual disorders due to deficiency or cold, including amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, or infertility. Beneficial in post-partum fatigue. Useful for menstrual cramps and pre-menstrual syndrome due to blood deficiency, stagnation of liver qi. Also used for habitual dry cough or dry skin.*

Directions: To be taken orally, 1 bolus each time, twice a day.
Warning: Do not use if you are pregnant.

【名称】乌鸡白凤丸

【处方来源】本方起源于明朝《普济方》，《寿世保元》改进处方后称之为“乌鸡丸”，近代多以乌鸡白凤丸命名。

【产品方解】本方用纯乌鸡为原料以补血益阴治疗崩中止带及一切虚损，养血生津，宁神益智为君药。熟地、当归、白芍养血活血，川芎、丹参活血行血，充分发挥活血养血的功效为臣药。人参、黄芪、山药、芡实健脾益气，化湿止带；鹿角、桑螵蛸补肝肾，益精血，益肾助阳；牡蛎、生地、天冬、银柴胡、青蒿滋阴清热；香附疏理肝气，调经止痛，均为佐药，甘草调和诸药为使药。全方气血双补，阴阳并调，为补血养血，调经止带名方。

【功能与主治】 补气养血，调经止带。用于气血两虚，身体瘦弱，腰膝酸软，月经不调，崩漏带下。

【临床应用] 】用于气血两虚，身体瘦弱，腰膝酸软，月经不调，崩落带下。
　　1、治疗月经不调：月经先期、后期、先后无定期，以及月经过多或过少。
　　2、治疗崩漏：来势急、出血多的称“崩”；来势缓、出血少、淋流出不断的称“漏”；一般统称为崩漏，为妇女不正常的阴道出血，经检查无生殖系统器质性病变者，即功能性子宫出血。
　　3、治疗痛经、闭经。
　　4、治疗带下病：阴道流出白色和黄色等分泌物量多淋沥。
　　5、治疗先兆流产、不孕症。
　　6、治疗产后缺乳。
　　7、治疗产后恶露不止：胎儿娩出后，胞宫内遗留的余血和浊液称为恶露。正常情况下，在20天左右完全排净。如果淋沥日久不断，称为恶露不止。

【用法与用量】 口服，大蜜丸一次1 丸，一日 2次。
