"Za Shi Chui" names the fist of complex posture strikes. The set of routines composed of various movements coming from Twelve Shapes - Swallow, Chicken, Sparrow Hawk, Horse as well as other techniques that can be found neither in five-element boxing nor 12-animal style boxing.
Zashichui, created by Juyizhai in The Qing Dynasty, is a set of complex techniques picked from the techniques of "Form and Intention Fist". It is named as "Zashichui" for the complex movements and using the fist very often. The movements are quick and neat. The force is heavy. Advance and retreat are well-ordered, considering both attack and withdrawal. It is one of the Chinese classical folk Wushu forms.
