How do I return an item?

At China Guide, we'd like to help you resolve a purchase problem as quickly and easily as possible. Provided you meet the terms and conditions listed below, you may make an exchange or return. Please note that not all items are covered by our returns policy.

Our Return Policy

  • All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one.
  • RMA must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Thereafter, all sales are final.
  • The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issue date.
  • We will charge a 15% restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • When returning products, you pay the shipping yourselves, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item. We'll pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
  • All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals.


We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).   • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
  • Any item that is gas-powered or contains flammable liquids.
  • Any health food that is broken manufacturer seal
  • Any health or beauty related item that is broken manufacturer seal



Requesting A Product Return

Refund to Your Credit Account

The refund will be issued to the credit card account that you paid by. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.



Product Replacement

We'll send a replacement item with a tracking number to you after receiving the returned item.
