Shaolin Boxing
The Shaolin boxing is one of the China's old Chinese boxing schools. It is a representative form of Waijiaquan. Its characteristic is: Movements are simple and unsophisticated and practical; the posture is made flexibly; the method is concise and compact.
The form of boxing in this video is the gateway of of studying shaolin chuan, being classified as university student's compulsory content by Education Commission of Henan Province.
