Indications: Use for Spleen Qi deficiency with some Phelgm Damp accumulation; symptoms are: Diarrhea; Distension of the chest; Distension of the epigastrium; Indigestion; Loose stools; Nausea; Oppression of the chest; Oppression of the
epigastrium; Poor appetite; Poor digestion; Vomiting; Acid regurgitation; Cough; Profuse phlegm; Watery phlegm; White phlegm; Pale tongue, greasy-white coating; Slippery pulse. It can also be used for a chronic cough with phlegm.*

服法与用量：口服，一次8丸，一日3次。

六君子丸是根据传统名方“六君子汤”制造的现代中药浓缩丸。本方来源于《医学正传》，原方系加加生姜3片，大枣2个，水煎服。主治脾胃气虚兼有疾湿内阻的病证，见饮食减少，四肢无力，胸满腹胀，大便溏薄，或咳嗽痰多，或兼有暧气、呕吐等。
本方在四君子汤的基础上加陈皮，意在行气化滞，醒脾助运，有补而不滞的优点。再加半夏，则增强了本方和胃降逆、燥湿化痰的作用。因此，本方既适合于脾虚气滞，“虚不受补”的人，又可用于脾胃气虚，聚湿生痰，而见咳嗽痰多，或兼有暧气、呕吐等胃气上逆者。
现代研究：本方具有调节胃肠运动，解除胃肠平滑肌痉挛之功，对寒热因素引起的肠管运动失常有调整作用。还有抗胃黏膜损伤、调节胃肠内分泌功能、调节机体免疫功能等作用。
本方加味用语治疗胃炎、消化性溃疡、慢性支气管炎。此外，本方对慢性肾小球肾炎、乳糜尿等病证均有效
