Ingredients:
Di Huang root
Wind-weed rhizome
Corktree bark
Actions : Nourishes kidney yin, ascends fire due to the Liver and Kidney deficiency.
Indications: Use for severe deficiency of the kidney yin with fire; symptoms are steaming Bone Syndrome with afternoon tidal fever, spontaneous sweating, and night sweating, hot flashing, feverish palms or soles, restless insomnia, and burning sensation over the kidneys. Equally, the above syndrome seen in cases of hyperthyroidism, renal tuberculosis, bone tuberculosis and diabetes can be respond well to the treatment with the modified recipe. Very good for acute
menopausal hot-flashing.*
Directions: Take 8 pills each time, 3 times a day as a herbal supplement.
Precaution: Do not use during pregnancy. It is not advisable for patients with watery stool after meal.

主要成分：黄柏(炒褐色)、知母(酒侵炒)、熟地黄(酒蒸)、龟板(酥炙) 。
功能与主治：滋阴降火。用于阴虚火旺，潮热盗汗，咳嗽咯血，耳鸣遗精，心烦易怒，足膝疼热或痿软，舌红少苔，尺脉数而有力。
服法与用量：口服，一次 8丸，一日 3次。孕妇不宜服用。
大补阴丸（原名大补丸）来源于《丹溪心法》，为滋阴降火的常用方。
临床应用以骨蒸潮热，舌质红少苔，尺脉数而有力为辩证要点。
阴虚火旺引起的骨蒸潮热，遗精，盗汗，咳血，吐血，衄血等症。
阴虚火旺引起的头晕、耳聋、耳鸣，五心烦热，少寐多梦，口咽干燥，腰痛、膝酸软等症。
甲状腺机能亢进、肾结核、骨结核、肺结核、糖尿病等有阴虚火旺之症状者，均可应用。
女性更年期综合症（中医之“经断前后诸症”），如潮热面红、烘热汗出、烦躁易怒、情志异常、心悸失眠等肾阴虚火旺之症候者可选用本品治之。
