Ingredients:
Rehmannia {Sheng Di} (unprocessed root tuber)
Kudzu {Ge Gen} (root)
Schisandra {Wu Wei Zi} (fruit)
Lycium {Qi Zi} (fruit)
Asian ginseng {Ren Shen} (root)
Chinese licorice {Gan Cao} (root)

Actions: Nurtures yin, strengthens kidney, lung and spleen, dispels phlegm-heat, relieves thirst, circulates fluid, regulates appetite, calms the mind.
