余门五官拳是峨眉派武术的代表性拳法之一。讲究身、手、眼、心、脚五官合一，故名五官拳。其特点是手法多，变换快，直进疾退，以攻为主，攻防结合，架势低矮，劲发刚脆。主要手型有瓦愣掌、螺丝捶、箭手；手法包括冲、挑、搂、抱、刁、钻、穿、劈以及宰肘、挂肘、叠肘、坐肘等打击性很强的独特肘法。是一套不可多得的民间经典拳法。
