This is patent herbal remedy based on the recipe Shu Gan Wan (Liver-Soothing Pill) in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China, which is primarily used for removing stagnancy of liver qi manifested by depression, pain and full sensation over the hypochondriac and epigastric region, eructation and acid regurgitation.

Actions: Disperses the stagnated liver-qi for regulating the stomach, regulates qi to relieve pain.
Main indications: Use for the stagnation of qi due to depression of the liver, fullness and distention in the chest and hypochondrium, stomachache, gastric upset and vomiting, eructation and acid regurgitation. It is applicable to hepatitis, gastritis, gastro-duodenal ulcer and hysteria, which pertain to the stagnation of the liver-qi. It may help digestion, removing food stagnancy and keeping fit.*
Directions: Take 6 pills each time, 3 times a day.
