Taizu Chang Quan (Taizu Long Boxing, or Great Ancestor Extended Boxing) is a set of boxing that created by Zhao Kuangyin, the first emperor of the Song Dynasty after he had learned Kung fu in the Shaolin Temple. While practicing, this set requires the boxing comes out and draws back in one straight line, and you can practice it at a very small place. In close fighting it can greatly exert its power. its forms are strange and unusual and its power is very fierce, so it is hard for the opponent to learn its posture, and it makes him a loss and does not know what to do.
