The Fanzi Boxing is a traditional Chinese northern-style boxing form. The routine of tumbling fist kung fu is short and terse. Its movements are agile and quick and arranged in compact patterns. While practicing, the footwork is steady, posture upright and square, and actions are versatile. Basic fist techniques in the routine are direct knocking and swinging and rushing. Fists in this form are quick like thunders and dense like raindrops. Various tricks and moves are like whirl-winds and the entire routine is completed as if in one breath. They are of great advantage in combat.
