Your Return
Firstly, let's to know you have return:
- Submit your return request from your account or add return to customer service.
- Track return delivery from the carrier.
Refund Your Return
We will fully refund any unopened/unused product for a period of 30 days after shipping date, product must be in its original packaging. Unless you are returning a defective product, you will be responsible for return freight charges.
We are not held responsible for health or fitness claims, or any general or specific guarantees made by manufacturers for their products.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 30 business days, depending on domestic order return or international order return), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Undeliverable, Unclaimed, Refused and Returned Items
Items may be returned to us for a variety of reasons including customs not allowing certain items into the country. In addition, packages can also be returned due to a bad shipping address, unavailable addressee, and unpaid tax (unclaimed). Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund of any kind for orders seized or destroyed by customs unless the order is returned back to our warehouse in an undamaged and resalable condition. Refunds issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed. So, if your order gets returned to us, we will refund your money (the cost of the order minus the shipping charges) once we receive the item back into our warehouse.
